Expansionist Policies

Dear Canadian Charger,
I very much appreciate the two articles, "Why 9/11 Truth Still Matters" (dated October 07, 2017) and "Did the Canadian Government Pay Omar Khadr $ 10 Million Not To Expose the CIA Torture" (September 09, 2017).
My only comment is that the American governments, of various hues and colours, have always pursued expansionist and chauvinist policies for the last so many years.
